Since joining our team, she has shown a great interest in accessibility and has expanded her knowledge and gathered great understanding of WCAG compliance standards and best practices. She has shown great dedication to her team, and to her education. Since joining our team, she has received her Master’s, and attended various continuous learning sessions in her area, along with presenting at our internal all company conference, to share some of her new-found accessibility knowledge with the company.
Yixuan works hard to not only improve her hard skills, but the soft ones as well. She has gained confidence in presentation abilities, and seeks out feedback from her team. She has also worked hard to gain knowledge in user research and has become a knowledgeable team member when gathering research from our users.
